Wednesday, October 18th 

10:30 AM: John Gibbs, Owner of Logo Daddy

As an owner with a passion for the industry and a hands-on approach, John has built Logo Daddy into a thriving business. Recently purchasing and moving into his second building, John’s dedication to his craft and team has made him a respected leader in the industry.

11:30 AM: Jeanette Hardy, Global Marketing Director for Avient Corporation.

Jeanette has 30+ years in water-based inks and textiles, from the shop floor to almost 15 years of leading technical sales for Magna Colours to now moving into the leading marketing role at a publically traded company.

12:30 PM: Jeff Fiorucci, Founder of Slant Merch and Inventor of The Stampinator

Jeff is a screen printer at heart, always looking for better ways to do things. Jeff’s creative mind is always solving problems from artwork and separations to on-press tools. After looking for a faster way to heat press transfers, Jeff figured out a way to attach a heat press to his M&R Sportsman, and the Stampinator was born. 

1:30 PM: Mike Modgill, Co-Founder of SupaColor

Mike modgill

Mike’s journey from running a screen printing shop to co-founding and growing the world’s fastest-growing transfer company, Supacolor, is incredible. His attention to detail and innovative mind have built an incredible business and created problem-solving products that our industry uses daily. 

3:00 PM: Brian Lessard, Partner at MADE Laboratory 

Brian lessard

Brian’s journey into apparel decoration started with art. It led him to work at Mirror Image and then to Rutland in the lab. He now heads up MADE Laboratory’s testing program, ensuring that garments manufactured from SanMar and BELLA+CANVAS perform on press and for your customers. 

4:00 PM: Michelle Moxley, Industry Consultant

Michelle moxley

Michelle Moxley is a career Research, Development, and Innovation expert with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. Twenty-three years of print industry experience led her from printing for Jordan to working with inks and helping expand Gildan’s print operations internationally. Her work in color and separations has been pivotal for the success of hybrid screen printing, and now she is helping to explore the practical applications of AI for our industry. 


Thursday, October 19th

10:30 AM: Jed Seifert, Co-Founder of Stakes Manufacturing 

Jed seifert

A leader in the print-on-demand apparel industry using both DTF and DTG technology, Jed is not only a business guru but is passionate about employing and advocating for individuals with different disabilities. Stakes was recently awarded the APSE 2022 National Employer of the Year, recognizing their hard work building an inclusive workforce employing people with disabilities.

11:30 AM: Jeffrey Paul, Global Printing Officer at Youngone

Jeffrey

Jeffrey grew up in this industry, helping his mom run a print shop in Waco, Texas. After college, Jeffrey came back to help expand the operations and eventually sell the company. From there, Jeffrey has worked for private equity firms, helped ROQ enter and expand into the US Market, and now runs global printing operations for a billion-dollar international company. His experience and passion for screen printing is contagious, and his perspective is always insightful. 

12:30 PM: Dustin Burnett, Co-Founder of Nothing Too Fancy and Allmade Apparel

Nothing Too Fancy is a t-shirt boutique and water-based ink print shop that strives to responsibly and ethically create high-quality apparel. Their shop is a staple of Knoxville, TN, and their multiple automatic screen printing operation is 100% water-based. From brand design to printing and apparel manufacturing, Dustin provides a unique perspective and is not the average screen-printer. 

1:30 PM: Alyson Collins, Production Manager at Parkway Printshop

Alyson collins

Alyson is insanely knowledgeable about the screen printing process and effectively leads Parkway’s production team. Her peers, both men and women, lean on her expertise to troubleshoot issues in other shops, and she is always open to sharing her knowledge. She has been featured multiple times on the Shirt Show and is a proud member of the Print Girl Mafia. 

3:30 PM: Carrie Terwilliger, Operations and Continuous Improvement Leader at SupaColor

Carrie’s experience in the high-pressure, fast-turn world of heat transfer production has led her to continuous learning and improvement, integrating Lean principles into on-press production to meet the world’s most demanding turn times and client expectations. 


Friday, October 20th 

10:30 AM: Merrill Capps, Creative Marketing Director for ROQ.US 

Merrill capps

From film to screen, Merrill’s career acting, directing, and producing movies has given the screen printing industry a new take on content marketing. Starting ROQ.US as a marketing department of one, Merrill has helped the company grow and become a US market lead while running the industry’s fastest-growing social channels and producing multiple viral videos. 

11:30 AM: Miguel Veliz, Trainer at MADE Laboratory 

Miguel veliz

After thirty years of experience running presses and production floors in the decorated apparel industry, Miguel now shares his experience. He empowers people by teaching classes and on the shop floor throughout the country. His calm, consistent approach, and bilingual ability can open the eyes and minds of even the most weathered screen printers. 

12:30 PM: Dave Conner, Digital Marketing Manager at Stahls 

Dave conner

Dave has over a decade of experience, from art and design at JakPrints to his current role as an educator and digital marketing manager at Stahls’ Transfer Express. Dave helps apparel decorators of all sizes achieve their goals with screen-printed and digital heat transfer solutions.
