 Daily Reports

At the end of each day, you’ll get a quick breakdown of what we covered, any shifts in the agenda, and notes on what’s working and what needs more attention.

 Final Assessment + Recommendations

Once training wraps up, we’ll send a full report summarizing everything we learned about your shop, plus clear, custom recommendations for improving processes and output.

 Written SOPs

You’ll get written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key parts of your shop—perfect for training your team and keeping things consistent as you grow.

 Video SOPs (5-Day Only)

If you go with the 5-day program, we’ll capture video SOPs for your most important processes. These are filmed during training and give your team an easy way to revisit what they’ve learned.
