MADE Lab’s testing program is designed to transform the branded apparel industry by empowering manufacturers and decorators with critical insights into fabric performance and decoration techniques. To meet increasing demand and further our mission of creating a better industry, we are expanding our capabilities.
The Purpose of Testing: Elevating Industry Standards
Our testing program bridges the gap between garment production and decoration by:
- Enhancing Manufacturer Outputs: Testing helps refine fabrics and improve quality control during manufacturing.
- Supporting Decorators: We provide detailed recommendations for achieving optimal decoration results, saving time and resources.
- Advancing Color and Print Compatibility: MADE conducts precise color assessments and evaluates fabric responses to inks, pretreatments, and curing methods to ensure vibrant, durable results.
- Standardizing Industry Practices: Through rigorous testing, we create benchmarks and guidelines that establish industry-wide consistency and reliability.
MADE Lab partners with clients like SanMar to test garments for screen printing, embroidery, heat tolerance, and DTG applications. These results not only optimize product development but also provide practical, data-driven decoration recommendations.
